The name “Matematt” and the associated logo are distinctive signs of Davide Sironi, used continuously since 2024 to identify the application and related services. Unauthorised use of the name, the logo or confusingly similar signs by third parties, likely to mislead the public, may constitute unfair competition under applicable law, including Article 2598 of the Italian Civil Code and, where applicable, the common law of passing off or the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1125).
All content published on the website app-android-matematt.web.app — text, images, screenshots, guides, videos and graphic material — is the exclusive property of Davide Sironi and is protected by the same copyright provisions.
The learning paths within the application are inspired by the curriculum guidelines published by the respective national institutions (MIUR, DfE, Common Core State Standards, LOMLOE). The application is not produced, endorsed, certified or affiliated with any of these institutions. References to national curricula are for descriptive purposes only.
Downloading the application from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the application on the user’s own device for educational purposes. This licence does not entail any transfer of intellectual property rights.
Anyone who believes that their rights have been infringed by the application or the website, or who becomes aware of any unauthorised use of the application, the name or the content of Matematt, may report it to: info@matematt.app.
